Hadarin Danshin Kebul da Tsarin Ingantaccen Tsarin Rage Ruwa

Bayan ruwan sama mai ƙarfi, wani muhimmin da'irar samar da wutar lantarki a cikin tsarin jirgin ƙasa na birni ya gaza. Shigar Ruwa

Tsarin Kariyar Danshi

Kebul na zamani masu matsakaicin ƙarfi da ƙarancin wutar lantarki sun dogara ne akan kayan kebul masu aiki sosai don samar da tsarin toshe ruwa mai tsayi da na radial. Toshewar ruwa mai tsayi yana amfani da murfin gubar, murfin aluminum mai walda, murfin jan ƙarfe, ko tef ɗin haɗin aluminum-plastic (AL/PET) tare da tsarin murfin waje na PE, yana ba da kariya ta injiniya da juriya ga danshi. Toshewar ruwa mai tsayi yana amfani da tef ɗin da ke kumbura ruwa,zaren da ke toshe ruwada kuma manna da aka naɗe a tsakiyar kebul, da kuma foda ko tef ɗin da ke toshe ruwa mai ƙarfi (SAP) da aka sanya tsakanin masu jagoranci da tsakiyar kebul. Waɗannan kayan suna faɗaɗawa bayan sun haɗu da ruwa don samar da shinge na zahiri, wanda hakan ke hana ƙaura danshi da kuma samar da kariya ta biyu ga rufin XLPE da kayan rufin LSZH.

Tsarin Kebul Mai Juriya Da Danshi

Kebul mai toshe ruwa na matsakaiciyar ƙarfin lantarki ya haɗa da masu sarrafa jan ƙarfe ko aluminum, yadudduka masu kariya daga semiconductive, rufin XLPE, Layer mai toshe ruwa mai tsayi (tef ɗin toshe ruwa/yard kafin allon ƙarfe), allon ƙarfe, tef ɗin haɗin aluminum-roba da aka haɗa a matsayin murfin waje, da kuma HDPE ko kayan murfin polyolefin masu hana harshen wuta. Wannan tsari yana samar da cikakken tsarin kariya daga danshi na radial da na tsawon lokaci. Kwanciyar hankali da aikin kowane kayan kebul kai tsaye yana ƙayyade aminci da tsawon rayuwar kebul a cikin mahalli masu rikitarwa.

Shigarwa da Gyara

Ingancin kariya daga danshi kuma ya dogara ne akan shigarwa da kulawa mai kyau. Karewa da haɗin gwiwa dole ne su yi amfani da kayan rufewa masu dacewa, masu inganci kamar rage zafi, rage sanyi, ko mannewar epoxy don tabbatar da ingantaccen hatimi. A lokacin shigarwa, ya kamata a kare murfin daga lalacewar injiniya, kuma ya kamata a guji ƙarfin waje yayin aiki. Ma'aunin juriya na rufi na yau da kullun yana da mahimmanci don sa ido kan yanayin danshi a cikin kayan rufin XLPE da kayan rufin LSZH. Tsarin kebul na zamani na iya haɗawa da na'urorin sa ido kan halin yanzu na sheath don samar da gargaɗin ainihin lokacin shigar da danshi.

Teburan da ke toshe ruwa mai inganci, zare/manna masu toshe ruwa, kayan da ke toshe ruwa mai inganci, ƙirar tsari mai ma'ana, da shigarwa mai ma'ana sune mabuɗin tabbatar da amincin kebul na dogon lokaci.
