Bambanci Tsakanin FRP da KFRP

A kwanakin baya, wayoyin fiber na gani na waje galibi suna amfani da FRP a matsayin ƙarfafa tsakiya. A zamanin yau, akwai wasu wayoyin da ba wai kawai suna amfani da FRP a matsayin ƙarfafa tsakiya ba, har ma suna amfani da KFRP a matsayin ƙarfafa tsakiya.

FRP yana da waɗannan halaye:

(1) Mai sauƙi da ƙarfi mai ƙarfi
Yawan da ke tsakanin 1.5 ~ 2.0, wanda ke nufin 1/4 ~ 1/5 na ƙarfen carbon, amma ƙarfin da ke tsakanin yana kusa da ko ma ya fi na ƙarfen carbon, kuma ana iya kwatanta takamaiman ƙarfin da ƙarfen ƙarfe mai inganci. Ƙarfin da ke tsakanin tensile, lankwasawa da matsewa na wasu epoxy FRP na iya kaiwa sama da 400Mpa.

(2) Kyakkyawan juriyar tsatsa

Zaren aramid na polyester (KFRP)

Tsarin ƙarfafa kebul na fiber optic na Aramid fiber (KFRP) wani sabon nau'in ƙarfin ƙarfafa kebul na fiber optic wanda ba ƙarfe ba ne, wanda ake amfani da shi sosai a cikin hanyoyin sadarwa.

(1) Mai sauƙi da ƙarfi mai girma
Kebul ɗin da aka ƙarfafa fiber optic cable mai ƙarfi na Aramid fiber yana da ƙarancin yawa da ƙarfi mai yawa, kuma takamaiman ƙarfinsa da takamaiman modulus ɗinsa sun fi na ƙarfe da fiber optic cable cores ɗin da aka ƙarfafa fiber optic.

(2)Ƙarancin faɗaɗawa
Tsarin da aka ƙarfafa kebul na gani na aramid fiber yana da ƙarancin ƙima na faɗaɗawa fiye da layin ƙarfe da kuma kebul na gani mai ƙarfi na gilashi fiber a cikin kewayon zafin jiki mai faɗi.

(3)Juriyar tasiri da juriyar karyewa
Ƙarfin fiber mai ƙarfafa fiber optic na aramid ba wai kawai yana da ƙarfin tensile mai ƙarfi (≥1700MPa) ba, har ma yana da juriyar tasiri da juriyar karyewa, kuma yana iya riƙe ƙarfin tensile na kusan 1300MPa ko da kuwa ya karye.

(4) Sassauƙa mai kyau
Kebul ɗin da aka ƙarfafa da aka ƙarfafa da aka ƙarfafa da aka yi da fiber optic cable yana da sauƙi kuma mai sauƙin lanƙwasawa, kuma mafi ƙarancin diamita na lanƙwasawa shine diamita sau 24 kawai.
